Mr. Udeme Bassey

Udeme doubles as Environment and development / Project planning and control expert. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate - Ph.D. Environment and Development.

Engr. Jimmy Willson, Ph.D.

Chairperson, Training and Education   None - None

Engr. Jimmy is a Civil Engineer and holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management. A Specialist in Construction Project Mgt, Civil/Structural Engineering, QAQC & Materials Mgt. with over 27 years of experience in Oil & Gas in the oil and Gas industry.

Engr. Utibeabasi Chales Uko

Chairperson Research and Development   None - None

Utibe-abasi Uko is a Civil Engineer, a product of Covenant University and University of Uyo. He is a specialist in Construction Project Mgt, Civil/Structural Engineering, QAQC & Materials Mgt. with over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.

Professor Essien Akpanuko

Professor Essien Akpanuko is a Professor of Accounting with over 28 years of specialty in Project Cost Control, Environmental Accounting, Oil & Gas Accounting. Professor Akpanuko is currently a Professor of Accounting at the University of Uyo, Nigeria. Harnessing such great asset and potentials became critical for the growth of IEEPC, hence the need for him to join IEEPC Advisory Board. He is a Fellow of IEEPC and Chairperson - Administrations/Tertiary Institution relations for the institute.

Envoy Annies Essah

Experienced labor relations representative with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry including the United Nations and Int'l Labor Organization with Strength in international negotiation and policy making.

Engr. Frank Okon

Director of Programs   None - None

Engr. Frank is a Petroleum Engineer from FUTO, with M.Sc. in Environment and Development from University of Readings, England. He work as a supervisor within the Oil and Gas industry, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Ms. Victoria Philips

Holds MSc in Environment Management with a proven experience of more than 8 years supervising the oil & Gas industry compliance to environment regulations.

Engr. Emmanuel Akpekong

Chairperson, Public Affairs and Communication   None - None

Engr. Akpekong is a Petroleum Engineer, with M.Sc. in Subsea Engineering from Glascow University, London. Has worked as a Project planning and control executive in the oil and Gas industry for over 12 years.

Engr. Teghen Elvis

Representative Central African Region (Interim)   None - None

Engr Teghen Elvis is a practicing Civil Engineer in the Republic of Cameroon. He is IEEPC interim Rep for the Central African Region.

Barister Uyimeobong George

Legal Adviser   None - None

Barister Uyimeobong is a licensed legal practitioner in Nigeria and has been involved in the growth of IEEPC from inception.

Engr. Jacob Mbang

Representative East African Region   None - None

Mbang is a graduate of the Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia - a highly experienced Electrical, Instrumentation and controls specialist with a demonstrated history of working in Oil & Gas industry globally for over 28years.
