Membership of IEEPC Advisory Board / Governing Council is tenure bound. Council Members is voted in to a 5year term after which new board members are voted into office.

An Environment and development / Project planning and control expert with over 12 years of experience in the industries. He has worked as an Assistant Project Manager, Planner & Scheduler etc. in several EPCIC projects and organizations both in the Construction and the Oil & Gas industries. Udeme is a PhD Candidate - Ph.D. Environment and Development.
Chairperson Int'l Relations -
Experienced Labor Relations Representative with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry with United Nations and International Labor Organization. He is a product of Geneva School of Diplomacy and ETH Zürich, Switzerland. He is a Fellow of IEEPC and Member of the Institutes' Advisory Board.

Professor Essien Akpanuko is a Professor of Accounting with over 28 years of specialty in Project Cost Control, Environmental Accounting, Oil & Gas Accounting. Professor Akpanuko is currently a Professor of Accounting at the University of Uyo, Nigeria. Harnessing such great asset and potentials became critical for the growth of IEEPC, hence the need for him to join IEEPC Advisory Board. He is a Fellow of IEEPC and Chairperson - Administrations/Tertiary Institution relations for the institute.

Engr Jimmy is a Specialist in Construction Project Mgt, Civil/Structural Engineering, Quality Engineering and Materials Management with over 29 years in Oil & Gas industry. He has worked as a Construction Lead at ExxonMobil. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Earth, Environment and Project Control.

Mbang is a graduate of the Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia - a highly experienced Electrical, Instrumentation and controls specialist with a demonstrated history of working in Oil & Gas industry globally for over 28years. Organizations he has worked with includes BW Offshore, Walter Smith Group, and Total Energies. He holds the prestigious IEEPC' Operations and Project Management Specialist Credential (OPMS) and is a fellow of the institute.
Chair Development Committee -
Moses Ogogi holds a PhD in Environment and Development. He is a project management expert with strength in construction and ecological projects. For more than 22 years in EPCIC project execution, monitoring and control, he helps organization align their business goals for better ROI. Recently he has been helping the Government of Cross Rivers States Nigeria in executing some top priority construction and Ecological Projects. Moses is an alumni of University of Uyo, Nigeria.
